Exceptionally Rare 1930's Ratier propeller (model 1635) blade made by the Chauviere propeller company for WWII.
Blade was used on the Messerschmitt Me 323 D-6, Leo 45, Amiot 351 & 354
Powered by the Gnome Rhone 14N 14-cylinder two-row air-cooled radial engine.
Blade measures 59-5/8 inches tall x 10-1/4 inches wide without adapter.
Approximately 50 lbs. with adapter attached.
Blade is Right Hand turning.
Blade bottom is stamped 528 (Chauviere Logo) S 1444
Threaded blade base (14 threads), adapter and (1) screw are all part of the Ratier 1635 manual (see photos)
Blade has been completely finished in a gorgeous brushed aluminum finish. Steel, magnetic thread base has been finish in clear paint to prevent rust.

In 2011 auction house Hermann Historica GmbH out of Munich, Germany auctioned off (Lot 9212) a Messerschmitt Me 323 spinner. This spinner had a riveted nameplate that said the propeller blade type was Ratier 1635.
