They will have authentic pitting and other battle scars. They truly show their authenticity! We only sell the real deal!

This industrial modern art candle holder was created using a 1940's Continental Motors A65 ( also referred to as part of the 0-170 engine family) radial engine piston. The A65 was first introduced in the 1930's on planes such as the Aeronca Chief, Aeronca Defender, Aeronca Champion, Taylorcraft B, Taylorcraft L2, Ercoupe 415C, Luscombe 8A, Piper J3 Cub and Piper J4A.

Piston has been removed from engine, cleaned, blasted and machined.
Piston Measures 4 inches in Diameter X 3 Inches High
Center hole is made to hold a standard size tea light

As you can see from photos pistons slightly vary, some have 3 rings and others have 4. They are both from the A65 and 100% original. If you prefer one over the other, please let us know when placing order.
