Sold Out - $ 300.00
This wooden propeller is a beech Electric prop blade made for Walter Beech by Robly late 1940's. The first V Tail Bonanzas used this type of blade which had a two speed position for climb and cruise. This blade seems larger than the ones used on the Bonanza , possibly a larger radial like the Jacobs on the Beech Staggerwing or twin beech. I am still doing research. Blade is 54 inches tall and 22 lbs 12 inches wide. The decal is intact. The leading edge and tip appear to be stainless steel. the tip yellow area is a canvas type covering that will come off .You could sand it up and re varnish and show off all the beautiful laminations. Wood is not rotten just weathered. Varnish is chipped could be stripped or left as is in vintage condition.
